"Life is Beautiful" La Vie est Belle is a stunning 2024 sailing catamaran designed to deliver luxury, comfort, and unforgettable experiences at sea. She accommodates up to 8 charter guests in three spacious queen cabins and one expansive master suite, perfect for those seeking extra space and privacy. Onboard amenities include SeaDek flooring, a hard top, a hydraulic lift, solar panels, full air conditioning, a water maker, ice maker, and a full-sized refrigerator. Guests will enjoy a fully customizable menu tailored to their preferences, along with eco-friendly, reef-safe toiletries and a bar stocked just the way they like it. A coffee and espresso machine ensures the perfect start to every morning. Adventure and relaxation go hand in hand with La Vie est Belle’s wide range of water toys and entertainment: rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, wakeboard, stand-up paddleboard, a 10-foot floating dock, pool noodles, and fishing gear. We are excited that Pepijn and Nicole have contracted to stay onboard La Vie est Belle for the 2025-2026 charter season! This is a skilled and experienced crew that works exceptionally well together.
Captain Pepijn Burgers
Pepijn has been sailing for as long as he can remember. In fact, the first time he was put on a sailboat was as an infant sitting in a car seat, of course, being tied to a fender for safety purposes! Growing up, his love for sailing only grew stronger and by the time he was thirteen, he was cruising the North Sea on a small boat with his brother.
Yachting isn't just a hobby for Pepijn, it's a lifelong passion. Over the years, he has collected various sailing licenses and certifications, and has turned his love for the sea into a professional career. During his time at university, he spent his summers sailing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, taking international trips all over Europe.
After realizing that a traditional desk job was not where he was suited, he decided to follow his heart and make sailing his full-time career. This decision has led him on some incredible adventures, and he is thrilled to be sharing his love for the sea with guests. He looks forward to creating unforgettable memories on the water together.

Chef Nicole Aldenkamp
Nicole has been immersed in the world of hospitality and catering for the past decade. Cooking has always brought her into her most happy place; whether it's whipping up a feast for friends and family, or hosting lively dinner parties. There is something magical about bringing people together over a great meal.
Nicole has also been sailing since she was a child. Growing up, she spent countless hours on the water with family and friends, and quickly became the go-to person for creating delicious meals onboard. This passion for cooking at sea led her to spend any amount of spare time she had within these last few years to sail around the Mediterranean and gain her culinary skills professionally.
This work aboard yachts eventually inspired her to quit her full-time job managing a hospitality company and follow her dream of becoming a full-time chef in the beautiful Caribbean Islands. She can't wait to share her love for food and hospitality and welcomes guests to join her for some amazing culinary adventures and excellent dining experiences!

I spent my 60th birthday with my family on this beautiful boat! There are not enough adjectives to describe our vacation on La Vie est Belle! Pepjin and Nicole were amazing! The food and the service was to perfection. And Pepjin was a qualified captain that discussed our itinerary and made our wants a reality. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this boat and this crew! We had the time of our lives! Thanks again!!
We had an amazing time on “La Vie Est Belle”. From our arrival at Scrub Island, to island hopping to Jos Van Dijk, Norman Island, Guana Island, Peter Island, North sound and Anagada it was awesome! Captain Pepijn did a great job managing our itinerary and all things related to the boat experience. He made sure we knew all the ways to remain safe, and was very confident in his captain abilities. We enjoyed learning more about where he was from and all his sailing experience. Chef Daryl prepared the best meals we have ever had on a charter. From homemade bread and bagels to beautiful fruit and appetizer platters and the most awesome sushi night, we were amazed at every meal. She gave us great tips for things to do on the islands. The layout of the boat was really convenient for four couples, and we loved all the outdoor space. We would definitely recommend this boat and crew for the trip of a lifetime! Thank you!

We had an amazing week on La Vie est Belle and the crew was amazing. We always felt safe and at ease with Captain P and he was able to find some calm waters to sleep despite a very windy week. Our chef Darrell created the most amazing meals on the boat. From fish tacos to sushi night we were spoiled. She even made a homemade cake for my husbands birthday and my favorite pie.. Key lime! Would definitely recommend this vacation to anyone who loves to sail.
