Captain Don was born in a small town in Northern Indiana, with over 100 lakes in his county, it’s no wonder he owned his first boat at age 19. Since that day there has been very little time in his life that didn’t involve a boat. A move to downtown Chicago nearly a decade ago sparked his interest in sailing and the Lake Michigan boating scene. A frequent visitor to the USVI for sailing vacations, Don and his wife Staci found themselves in love with the islands and always envisioned a day when they would call this place “home”. Don is a USCG Master Licensed Captain and is always eager to share his love of sailing with his onboard guests.
