Capt Joe your skipper, owner and cook joined the US Navy at age 17 and has been Captaining ships ever since. He has run cruise ships, casino boats, worked in the oil industry, and the state run ferries in Louisiana, basically anything that floats he can drive. He moved to the BVI in 1999 and has been running a successful charter business since. Joe possibly runs one of the oldest charter businesses here in the BVI, needless to say his local knowledge and experience is second to none.
